Our houses have different rent conditions,The rent can change in relation
to the period and the way you are going to use theme.The houses are separately
rented for a minimun of Three days to a maximum of 12 months. The rent
depends by the number of the guest and by the peridod of permanence.All
the houses are furnished and full equipped.

Deposit: At the booking 20% of the total ammount .

Payment : Entire ammount will be payed to the arrival for
rents until two months, 2 months anticipated for rents beyond the two
months.

| Security
: half rent (for one or two months), one rent (from three to six
months) or two monthly rent ( beyond six months).
